faq
You really can't view patient responses?
Really! We cannot decrypt data that's been end-to-end encrypted thanks to our zero-knowledge architecture. We have no need to, and without your clinic's keys it's computationally infeasible!! We believe that information is privileged between you and the people who look to you for care. We have no business being in their (or your) business.
What if I forget my password?
You can always securely reset your password. That said, at least one person on your clinic account must always have access to their aboboTech account in order for us to create a secure key with which to encrypt your patient's data.
We're already using another form builder — why is aboboTech better?
Form builders are a dime a dozen but they do not serve the unique needs of this space. If you're using another form-builder, please reach out to us! We'll help you modernize your workflow with reproductive health-centered technology, and commit to securing your workflows with minimal disruptions to your existing process.
What does onboarding look like?
Onboarding covers setting up accounts and permissions, and working with you to shape your workspace around your workflows. We meet clinics where they are: some prefer to work async and self-paced, others want us on a call every step of the way. Tell us what you need.
What if cost is a barrier for our clinic?
Don't let it stop you from reaching out. For clinics that qualify, we partner with an organization that may be able to help cover your first year.
Do you work with telemedicine clinics?
Yes, as long as your clinic does not require API access. If you require API access, please reach out and we can add you to a list of interested providers.
